A Star for the Night arranged for several youth with serious health challenges to be on stage with Rick Springfield at Cal Expo in Sacramento. Paradise teen Corryn Malosh, 17, was one of Springfield's guests on stage, along with two youngsters from Chico.

Prior to the concert Aug. 29, the children and teens interviewed Springfield about his life as a musician and actor. The interview was recorded and will be broadcast at a later date on a radio program sponsored by A Star for the Night.
