| Do you or a group of friends do charity work in honor of Rick Springfield?
Do you just want to help and don't know how? In the circle of Rick Springfield Fans, we often find ourselves hearing about people who need our collective help. Unfortunately the messages sometimes only make it to one area and many of us are left out of the "loop". We'd like to help by making this a "collection" page where you can check periodically to find out where you can help or where fans can post about what charitable work they're doing and how you too can help. Feel free to email us with your submission to soul2soul@rickspringfieldfans.com We will make every effort to keep the page up-to-date. Please remember, many people in our Rick Springfield family need help, we shouldn't need a note from Rick asking us to help. Collectively we can make a difference. Additionally, we cannot guarantee the authenticity of some of the requests but will do our best to weed out anybody who we believe seeking personal gain. Please note, this is not a brag sheet, please only submit items that either offer people a way to help or is a request for help. Happy Meals
Southern California fans have dedicated themselves to serving meals at Ronald McDonald Houses throughout Southern California in honor of Rick. Next up? RMH Loma Linda (Riverside/San Bernardino) the third week in October. If you'd like to help make and serve a meal with this group, send an email to springfieldfans@aol.com To view photos from previous RMH adventures, see our RMH Photo Page. |
